It is your responsibility to ensure that your tuition is paid on time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reinstatement after a non-payment drop is at the instructor\u2019s discretion. If your instructor chooses not to approve your request, please be respectful of their decision. These requests are not guaranteed or automatically processed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If you were dropped for non-payment, follow these steps:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Email your instructor as soon as possible and copy (cc) the Biology Admin Office at <a href=\"mailto:biology@austincc.edu\">biology@austincc.edu<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Include the following information in your email:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your full name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your ACCeID<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The course number, section, and synonym<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your instructor\u2019s name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A clear request for reinstatement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the instructor approves your request, the Biology Admin Office will submit a schedule change form on your behalf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can view tuition deadlines and payment details here:<br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.austincc.edu\/students\/tuition-and-payments\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.austincc.edu\/students\/tuition-and-payments<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Please note:<\/strong> the Biology Department does not handle billing or payment arrangements.
